Hey friends,
Here I am back again with my stories I know that nowadays I am becoming bit lazy to write a story on my blog but K garne, sometimes I want to write and then post my stories and then comes the interruption – hey not Ajay always, it was a power cut which increased from 4 hrs a week to 35 hours a week, so now you can imagine that how I am managing my time but today I am free and I completed my work also, so here I am again with my stories…
Huh, as you know that I, Ajay, Marieke, and Marianne had lots of fun together so here is some more fun thing which we did together in the last week of Marieke and Marianne vacation of Nepal. The last week of them (Marieke and Marianne) was kind of packed and busy like everybody, you want to do everything in the last week which is not possible but we tried to do all the things which was possible for us with them. So, as a plan Marianne went to Barabise (The Last Resort) for a bungy jump and Ajay went to his office and I went for breakfast with Marieke (yes to our favourite place – Organic Coffee Shop) as per our plan but Marieke had a stomach problem so we had little late breakfast then the expected time and Marieke went to her room to take a rest and then at 15:00 she came to our place with few Cola’s and chocolate. We watched movies and had colas and soup.
The next thing on our list was a trip to Bhaktapur and then to Nagarkot. So, one fine morning, I, Marieke and Marianne packed our bag and went to Bus park to take the bus (hey guys now if you are thinking that why Ajay is not with us for the trip, then don’t worry he will come directly to Nagarkot after his office hours) to Bhaktapur. When we reached Bhaktapur, we had the famous yoghurt of Bhaktapur and then we went in the Durbar Square sneakily. After seeing almost every popular thing of Bhaktapur we went for lunch in one of the restaurant of Bhaktapur and then later we took the bus to Nagarkot. We got the chance to sit on the roof of the bus because there was no place for us to sit inside the bus but I must say the view of Nagarkot was better from the roof of the bus – so if you going to Nagarkot then sit on the roof of the bus if you want to see the good view. Ok, back to the story, we reached Nagarkot and just before the hotel we saw Ajay coming towards us. We went to the hotel where we were going to stay for a night and we stayed in Hotel Country Villa which is the best hotel with the superb view, good hospitality and a great food. We went to room to put our bags, ordered food and then took shower. Dinner was good and we had good talks in the cosy atmosphere of Hotel Country Villa. We made plan to see the sunrise together and then we went for a sleep. It was a nice sunrise with White Mountains and the valley was really looking beautiful and after sunrise we again went for sleep because it was too early for all of us. After breakfast, Ajay went to his office and three of us went for a walk from Nagarkot to Sankhu. It was a nice walking path with lots of talks of course. We reached Sankhu in 2 hours and 15 minutes which was quite good but next morning we all felt the pain in our legs. In Sankhu, we met Rik and then he offered us drinks at volunteer home where we had drinks and later Ralph, Jelle also came and then we talked for one hour and then we went to see Aunty, didi and few other kids and took a tour of the construction site of children home. Then came back to Kathmandu, went to Boudha, spent sometime there and then finally to Thamel. For dinner, we all wanted to go La Dolce Vita for pizza but because of the power cut, we changed our plan to go to Roadhouse Café but after first bite of Pizza there, we looked at each others face and said - the pizza of La Dolce Vita is better than Roadhouse Café. After dinner, we all went to Tom & Jerry Pub for a drink and play pool but the pool table was booked till mid-night so, Ajay and me came back home because it was too late for us to wait for pool. Next day was Marianne’s mountain flight which she enjoyed a lot and then we all went for a hindi movie (Bachna Ae Haseno) at Kumari Cinema Hall and we enjoyed it a lot and right now also I am listening the same movie song. After movie, from Keshav ji side we all went for a dinner at Nepali Chulo.
Next morning was the day which we do not like because it was the day we have to say good bye to Marieke and Marianne. It was the most difficult moment to say bye to them with the smile on our face but from inside we were crying but do not want to show our tears to them. They went in the checking area and then we said bye to them and came back with our heavy hearts but life has to go on and then later after 2 days we had a talk with Marieke through Skype with webcam and it was nice to see her again and Mom also.
So, friends I think I should stop writing because now after 5 minutes there is a power cut, so guys hope you liked my story and Thank you all for appreciating my writing skills and for giving comments also.
Till next story,
Smile
