After packing our bags for the South part of Holland, we said bye to Nienke (daughter of Henk) and went to the Noord Station with Freek (Boyfriend of Nienke) and we were right there on time for the train to Arnhem. It took 2 hrs to reach to Arnhem and there we met Su-Anne, my dear girl friend. She took us to her home (what a beautiful house with swimming pool which they were going to use it for different purpose). After few minutes rest, we went to the National Park Veluwezoom. Walking there, feels like home, so green with little hills. Then in the evening, we put our socks up for going to Nijmegen to meet Kiki for her dinner party for her new project called Stichting Mina. Su-Anne drove us to Kiki Nijmegen with her car and then after a drink Su-Anne went back to Arnhem with a promise to come to Nijmegen to see us soon. And hey, Su we will be also waiting for you also there in Nijmegen. And now back to our dinner party, there were few also other volunteers from her group, Kiki’s parents and her few family members were also there. It was a nice party and then after that we all went out for drinks at the centre and played Werewolf (Cool game) and then back to Kiki’s place to sleep in her student’s apartment and she went to her friend’s apartment to sleep. Thanks Kiki for giving us separate place to sleep.
Next morning, Marieke and Henri (from Salou Group) came to pick us up from Kiki’s place at Nijmegen near the train station of Nijmegen. Wow, it was really really nice to see them. They both live in Berghem in the same area just few houses differences. First, we went to Henri’s house for a drinks and then to Marieke because to put our bags in our rooms where we are going to stay for 9 days. Then, we came to know that there was a kind of Bachelor’s party in the centre of Berghem and everybody was invited. So we, together with Henri, Marieke and Koen (friend of them whom we also know) went to the party. It was a nice party with nice people of South. The people of south are really friendly and jolly natured compare to other people we met in Noord. It was really nice and after party we went to Henri’s house for dinner and then to our final destination for a movie called - Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. It was a nice theatre where you can also order food while sitting in your seat and they just bring your ordered food to your seats. I wish they also have the same system in Nepal. (I am crossing my fingers). Then after the movie, drinks at pub and then back home at 2:00 and went to sleep because next day, we have to wake up at 9:00 for our trip to Kinderdijk, Den Haag and Scheveningen with Henri. Next day, after breakfast we went to our first destination Kinderdijk. It is a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site with lots of windmills and then to our second destination of the day – Den Haag. What a beautiful city. And then, after that, we headed to our final destination Scheveningen. It was the busiest beach we had ever been in Holland with lots of people around and sun was shining hard so we enjoyed walking on the beach. Cool!! We came back home and went to McDonalds for dinner. And again, we were late to sleep, I think we slept in between 1 – 2’o clock.
Next day, we were helping Henri in his school camping activity. There were 7 groups of children and every group had 8 children’s on it. The game was that the kids have to tie a knot with their cloths and those who make the longest rope will win the game. Our work was to measure the rope with our measuring tape. So there we were waiting for the kids together with Marieke and her mother, then the first group came and it was funny game. In afternoon, we came back home and watched few movies, I think two and the day was over for us.
Today , 8th of June we also helped Henri with his one more camping activity. We had nice game and the game was like this – There was a small lake and we had 2 floating air bed and the kids has to cross the river on that floating air bed but they had to keep their socks dry and the dry socks will be counted and they get the points for the dry socks and the time also.
After the game, we came back home and we ordered Pizza from Domino’s , ohh what a good pizza. And now the day is over for me and now tomorrow we are going to Middelburg and Zeeland. We packed our food and went for our tour with Henri and Marieke. First stop was to Middelburg which was a province of Zeeland. It was raining and so we were walking in the rain with our umbrellas of course. It’s a beautiful city and we had hot chocolate with cream. Uhhhhhh. We also saw the dam which was made to protect the city with water. Zeeland was also good. The beach was good and we saw the most beautiful junes of Holland there. What a great view! Then, it was our time to come back home and then we drove back home with French Fries, Frikandel and movie to watch. We reached home and had a very nice soup made by the mother of Marieke and now we are going to start a movie which we brought so guys have a nice day, evening or night. Hope you like my story until so far. See you soon!

Hey Suman!!
You should become a novelist!! Of course we love your stories!! Zeeland is a nice place to go to and i think you will never forget the beach,....you've seen a lot of it!! Oh, and don't eat to much Mac Donals and pizza,...not good!! (But really tasty,..)haha. Funny to see those "restaurants" coming back in almost every story!!!
Take care and good luck with the Vierdaagse. You can do it!!
