Hello Everybody,
So, here I am again with my longest story ever. As you all know that right now I am not in Nepal, so now I have an excuse to post my story after such a long gap.
We flied to Holland on 9th of June with Qatar Airways via Doha – Frankfurt and then finally to Schiphol Airport. It was a nice flight with nice movies and my favorite Friends series and because of the entertainment and excitement I didn’t sleep at all during my whole journey to Holland from Kathmandu, Nepal. We reached Holland at around 10:00 pm (Dutch time) and our friends were there to welcome us at the airport. It was nice to see them again after such a long time. Every part of the Schiphol Airport was decorated with football decorations and with orange color, because of the Euro Cup and Holland was playing the match. It was nice to see everybody with their football fever like in Nepal. We went straight to our bed because of the jetlag.
10th of June was a good day with lots of sun shine. Then Ina came to pick us up to her place which was just 45 minutes walk through the windmills and gardens, which we enjoyed a lot. Everything is different here than in Nepal. We cannot even compare Nepal to Holland. Everything is so good and everybody follows the rule. Here, they have a different walking path, cycling path and different driving lane. And hey, the most shocking think of Holland is the sunsets. Normally we are used to the sunset at 6:00 p.m. but here at Holland the sunsets at 11:00 p.m. It was kind of surprise for us, but we really like everything of Holland till now.
Way to Ina house was full with great views and then we went to the City Hall where we had a great ice-cream and walk through the market lane and Ina showed us the most popular Cheese Market of Alkmaar. In the evening, we were so tired because of the jetlag so we (especially me) slept very early around 6:00 p.m. and today also I am also feeling sleepy and I think I should stop my story here otherwise I do not what I will write in my sleep. So good nite everybody and I will post another story of my last week activity very soon!
Read more story tomorrow about my first week in Holland.
Bye,
Suman

Hey Suman (and Ajay of course!!)
So good to read your story. I was wondering how you liked Holland. I can imagine that the biggest shock is the sunset. Yes, thats late! In the wintertime though, the sunset is like in Nepal. Only the summertime is really late. I'm looking forward to it!!
Take care, enjoy and i'm looking forward to the next story.
B.t.w. also great pictures on Ajay's site!
